Hi! My name is Shameka, and I am a very passionate and detailed-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant and certified Program Manager who works hard to find solutions for complex and unexpected situations that occur in the workplace.   While serving in the Military, I have gained valuable management, organizational and team building skills used to help organizations overcome back-end obstacles.  I am an innovative problem solver who has experience managing:

  • Publications and Records Management programs 

  • Environmental Management Systems, Enterprise Information Management and SharePoint projects. 

  • As an Agency Travel Manager

  • Preparing correspondence and memorandums

  • Creating slide presentations for executive staff meetings and briefings

  • Maintaining executive staff emails and calendars  

 

Throughout my years of experience, I have enjoyed working with CEOs, Enterpreneurs, Senior Leaders and General Officers who are:
